TorkFlo was built to fix a real problem in the hydraulic game, too many fittings, too much stock, and not enough time on the job.
After 20 years turning spanners as a diesel fitter, hose van operator, and field tech, I got fed up with digging through drawers for the right fitting, chasing missing parts, and carrying stock that hardly ever got used.
So I built something better.
TorkFlo is a modular hydraulic fitting system with one core body and interchangeable thread and tail ends.
It cuts down inventory, speeds up hose builds, and simplifies the whole job, whether you're in a workshop, on a mine site, or out in the middle of nowhere.
Early modelling shows TorkFlo can reduce hydraulic fitting stock by up to 70%, depending on your setup.
That’s less gear to carry, less to sort, and less to screw around with when a hose blows at 2am.
The system is patented, currently being tested, and built for real-world abuse, not to sit pretty in a brochure.
We’re also working on modular hose tails and a high-pressure thermoplastic hose system to match.
The goal? One system that works across more jobs with less crap to carry.
